Apply your deep knowledge of machine learning systems and their interactions with surrounding systems. Take a technical leadership role within a collaborative team environment, making critical architectural trade-offs to swiftly deliver software solutions. Mentor fellow AI Engineers to elevate the quality of AI initiatives across the team. Steer the team's objectives and technical strategy to identify opportunities for boosting overall organizational efficiency. Effectively communicate intricate features and systems to team members. Write clean and maintainable code while troubleshooting complex cross-system issues. Stay informed on industry trends and leverage them to assess new technologies that may benefit the organization. Collaborate with organizational leaders to enhance team performance and identify new opportunities, influencing staffing and prioritization decisions. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Relevant experience in machine learning or deep learning, particularly in language-related domains such as NLP, ASR, TTS, or Conversational AI. Experience in developing language algorithms or infrastructure using C/C++ or Python. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch. A proven record of creating multi-year project roadmaps that align with long-term visions. Experience with distributed systems or algorithms for on-device deployment. Extensive experience in mentoring and influencing other engineers across organizations. Contributions to AI-related publications.
