Summary

We are working with a structural design team seeking a talented Structural Engineer/Designer experienced in steel design and highly proficient in Revit. This role is ideal for someone looking to work on a variety of commercial projects and collaborate with architects, MEP consultants, and fabrication teams. The candidate should bring technical expertise in structural calculations, modeling, and steel connection design.

Key Responsibilities:
•Design and analyze steel structures using AISC, IBC, and related standards
•Create detailed drawings and 3D models in Revit
•Prepare structural calculations and technical documentation
•Review shop drawings and ensure accuracy of construction documents
•Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and fabricators to maintain design intent and constructability
•Resolve design issues and provide engineering support throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
•3+ years of experience in steel structure design
•Revit proficiency is required; knowledge of AutoCAD and structural analysis software preferred
•Strong understanding of structural steel systems, detailing, and connections
•Familiarity with design-build workflows and working with fabricators
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•PE or EIT certification preferred
