Structural Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer/Designer with proven experience in steel structure design and a strong command of Revit for drafting and modeling. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate, efficient, and code-compliant structural solutions for a wide range of steel-based projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze steel structures in accordance with relevant codes and standards (e.g., AISC, IBC).
- Produce detailed structural drawings and 3D models using Revit and coordinate with architects and MEP disciplines.
- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, and connection details.
- Work closely with project managers, drafters, and fabricators to ensure constructability and design intent.
- Participate in coordination meetings, resolve design conflicts, and provide technical support throughout project lifecycle.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with design documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in structural design, with a focus on steel structures.
- Proficiency in Revit is required; familiarity with AutoCAD and structural analysis software
- Solid understanding of steel framing systems, connections, and erection principles.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- PE or EIT certification.
- Experience working with design-build teams or steel fabricators.
