Role Overview

We're seeking a Structural Engineer with 3-6 years of NYC experience, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role involves full project lifecycle participation- from schematic design through construction administration- with a strong emphasis on concrete and steel building design.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers and project managers, while building the foundation for a long-term leadership path within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform structural design and analysis of concrete and steel buildings in NYC
* Coordinate closely with internal and external teams including architects and consultants
* Support field investigations and construction oversight
* Assist in producing high-quality construction documents and reports
* Engage with senior staff on technical reviews and mentorship

Ideal Candidate

* 3-6 years of experience in structural engineering, primarily NYC-based projects
* Master's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering preferred
* Strong understanding of structural systems, including steel and concrete
* Familiarity with structural design software (e.g., ETABS, RAM, RISA, etc.)
* EIT required, PE license preferred or in active pursuit
* A self-starter, strong communicator, and natural team player
* Looking for a long-term role with growth to project and team leadership
