What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Drive solutions to support Finance functions and align with the employer’s needs - Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the software lifecycle - Collaborate with Finance Leaders to ensure organizational goals are met - Analyze and translate business specifications into technical specifications - Support the implementation of a strong control and governance framework for compliance
What is Required (Qualifications): - 15+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions - 3+ years of experience in implementing and supporting FP&A applications - Strong working knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT tools such as Informatica and DBT - Good understanding of FP&A Budgeting, Planning, and forecasting processes - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - 3+ years working with or supporting a Finance Data Lake/Warehouse/Mart - Experience in implementing or supporting Revenue or Expense analytical solutions via tools such as Power BI or Tableau - Knowledge of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices - Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
