Join Amazon Advertising LLC as a Software Development Engineer II! We are looking for talented software engineers to design, develop, implement, test, and document innovative embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services. As a crucial member of our team, you will: Transform functional requirements into robust, efficient, and supportable solutions that integrate seamlessly with the entire system architecture. Engage in the complete development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, documentation, delivery, and maintenance. Create comprehensive software documentation that enhances usability. Evaluate and make informed decisions regarding the adoption of new or existing software products and tools. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior development engineers. This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a competitive salary range of $165,200 to $223,600 per year. As part of a total compensation package, elements such as equity, sign-on bonuses, and extensive benefits are available. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. One year of experience in software development or a related role. Experience in designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications using languages like C#, C++, Java, or Perl, along with Object-Oriented Design.
