Senior Reliability Engineer

This is a Monday-Friday role with standard day-shift hours.
Responsibilities of the Senior Reliability Engineer include:
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure timely and effective maintenance.
- Provide technical support for equipment repairs and root cause failure analysis.
- Analyze equipment data (MTTF, MTBF, uptime/downtime) to optimize maintenance strategies.
- Develop engineering solutions for chronic and acute equipment failures.
- Collaborate with project engineering to design for reliability and develop PM strategies.
- Manage contractors and capital maintenance projects (e.g., rebuilds, refurbishments).
- Maintain accurate spare parts lists and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications for the Senior Reliability Engineer include:
- B.S. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in plant or reliability engineering.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, failure analysis, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with CMMS systems (preferably Maximo).
- CMRP certification highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to read CAD drawings and P&IDs.
- Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM) and industrial safety standards.
Compensation for the Senior Reliability Engineer:
- Compensation: $95,000-$105,000
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), bonuses and paid time off
