Sales Engineer

We are assisting our Dallas, TX client in the search for a Sales Engineer. This role will be responsible for sales of metal fabrication and robotic welding equipment to OEMs and job shops, combining technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Sell capital equipment solutions to industrial clients across the Texas market.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, job shops, and manufacturing leaders.
- Deliver on-site product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Manage a sales territory with autonomy while supported by a strong internal team.
- Track sales activity and manage pipeline to meet revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field preferred.
- Associate's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and customer focus.
