This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Sales Engineer role located in Plano, TX, with flexibility for remote work.
WHAT DO YOU DO:
- Prospect, set up appointments, deliver presentations, close new client opportunities
- Work closely with teams across the Talent Innovation (Contract & Full Time Staffing, Outsourced IT solutions in cybersecurity, data & AI) to identify/qualify opportunities and demo solutions to growing companies.
- Participate in networking activities, user groups meetings and develop relationships with decision makers.
- Negotiate contracts, and facilitate the execution of service agreements.
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive compensation package, consisting of commission based on sales performance($150 per qualified successful Appointment, $5000 per mutually executed MSA) amounting upto $175000/yr.
Based on the initial 90 days of results, this role has an option to be converted to full time role ( with standard base + lucrative incentives + vacation + benefits)

Pay: $78,710.66 - $175,791.33 per year
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of successful sales in IT Talent (Contract & Full Time Staffing/Recruiting) Solutions.
- Have experience selling IT Talent Solutions, Professional Services or Staff Augmentation.
- Have proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism
- Have marketing Automation expertise using a combination of Video, Email, Phone, Text.
- Have sales expertise with prospecting, appointment setting, Applicant Tracking Tools
- Must be willing to work in hybrid mode in Plano, TX 75024
- B2B sales: 5 years (Required)
