Job Title: Release Train Engineer Hire Type: Full Time Contract (Hybrid – 2 days onsite in NYC) Duration: 6 Months with possible extensions : Phizenix is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a key client engagement in New York City. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple teams within a SAFe® Agile Release Train, facilitating PI Planning, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and driving delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and PI Planning
Coordinate with Product Management and stakeholders to ensure alignment
Remove impediments and manage risks across teams
Track delivery metrics and continuously improve ART performance
Support and coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams
Requirements: SAFe® RTE Certification (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in Agile/SAFe environments
Excellent facilitation and communication skills
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
Willingness to work onsite in NYC two days a week
New York Pay Range $70—$75 USD
