Job Description:
Phizenix is seeking an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support a key client engagement in New York City. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader and Agile coach for multiple teams within a SAFe® Agile Release Train, facilitating PI Planning, coordinating cross-team dependencies, and driving delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and PI Planning
- Coordinate with Product Management and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Remove impediments and manage risks across teams
- Track delivery metrics and continuously improve ART performance
- Support and coach Scrum Masters and Agile teams
Requirements:
- SAFe® RTE Certification (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in Agile/SAFe environments
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
- Willingness to work onsite in NYC two days a week
New York Pay Range
$70-$75 USD
