What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide technical leadership and collaborate with engineers to refine methodologies and technology stacks Engage in the entire software development lifecycle, from building to testing and delivering high-quality solutions Create large-scale data processing pipelines for developing and training machine learning algorithms Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, sharing knowledge and valuing diverse ideas Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and team members to articulate technical ideas and developments

What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field At least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 2 years on machine learning products or solutions Proven experience leading technical workstreams within a software engineering organization Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries such as Numpy, Scipy, and Pandas Demonstrated ability to integrate and deploy machine learning capabilities into existing systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience integrating machine learning solutions into production-grade software with knowledge of ModelOps and MLOps Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks and techniques Hands-on experience with additional programming languages such as Java or TypeScript Previous experience mentoring teams and guiding them through technical challenges Exposure to cloud-native applications and system monitoring
