What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Provide technical leadership and partner with engineers to enhance methodologies and technology stack - Involve in the entire software development lifecycle, including building, testing, and delivering solutions - Create scalable data processing pipelines for machine learning algorithms - Collaborate in a team-oriented environment, sharing information and valuing diverse ideas - Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and team members on technical developments
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field - At least 8 years of software engineering experience, with a minimum of 2 years on Machine Learning products or solutions - Experience leading technical workstreams within a software engineering organization - Deep understanding of Python software development stacks and ecosystems - Familiarity with the Python data science stack, including libraries such as Numpy, Scipy, and Pandas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience integrating Machine Learning solutions into production-grade software - Previous exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) problems - Hands-on experience in other programming languages such as Java or TypeScript - Understanding of ModelOps and MLOps principles
