What We're Looking For: Expertise in configuring NetApp FAS, AFF, and ASA infrastructures to optimize performance. Strong skills in software and controller upgrades, especially navigating cDOT. Proficiency in NetApp networking configuration, including VLANs, VIFs, LIFs, MTUs, TCP options, and IFGRPs. Experience with switch to switchless conversions. Proficient in managing storage protocols such as NFS, SMB, FC, FCoE, and iSCSI supporting both NAS and SAN environments. Ability to document the planning and closure events effectively. Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. Travel Enthusiast: Expect extensive travel at the beginning of your journey with approximately 50%-75% travel time, primarily for the first 6-12 months, with all expenses paid. Post-initial phase, travel will mainly involve day trips or shorter journeys, with occasional plane trips as needed. Do You Fit the Bill? If you have 3+ years of experience in the field, along with the NetApp NCSIE certification and a networking certification, you could be the perfect fit! Attending customer sites frequently will add to the excitement of your role. What We're Excited About: Experience with StorageGRID, FlexPod, and VMware. Familiarity with AWS and Azure.
