What We're Looking For: Expertise in configuring NetApp FAS, AFF, ASA infrastructures to optimize performance. Strong skills in software and controller upgrades, with a knack for navigating cDOT. Experience in NetApp networking configuration for VLANs, VIFs, LIFs, MTUs, TCP options, and IFGRPs. Ability to handle switch to switchless conversions. Proficiency with storage protocols including NFS, SMB, FC, FCoE, and iSCSI supporting NAS and SAN environments. Capable of documenting planning and closure events effectively. Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Travel Enthusiast: Enjoy all expenses paid travel. Initial Phase: Expect extensive travel via plane and car for multiple consecutive days, approximately 50%-75% of your time during the first 6-12 months. Future Phase: Travel will shift primarily to day trips or fewer consecutive days, with occasional plane travel. Are You the One? If you have 3+ years of experience, the NetApp NCSIE certification, and a networking certification, you could be the perfect fit! Get ready for extensive travel to customer sites. Bonus Points For: Familiarity with StorageGRID, FlexPod, and VMware. Experience with AWS and Azure. Proficiency in scripting with Python and PowerShell. Salary Range Requirement Compensation will be based on several factors including location, experience, education, and skills, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of the offer.
