THE CLIENT This particular client is a mid-sized (200-500 ppl, 7+ offices) firm who work on large-scale, complex building systems in healthcare, hospitality, retail/ restaurant, industrial, multi-unit residential, hi-rise, and commercial offices.
OVERVIEW The ideal Candidate will want to run projects and mentor junior engineers and grow into a Discipline leader and then move upwards from there.
ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE Electrical design of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm in accordance to NEC codes and standards Electrical equipment calcs, selection, and layout of switchgear, transformers, electrical panels and emergency generators Large scale and Complex building projects Project Management Site visits, Site Surveys, respond to RFIs, and reviewing shop drawings Revit, AutoCAD, SKM, COMCheck, AGI 32 Degreed BSEE BSAE or equivalent EIT, PE, LEED Preferred 5+ years of relevant experience * No Sponsorship available
