*Work Environment:*
Office is in Teaneck, NJ. The building has many amenities, including a spa & gym (discounted for tenants), Starbucks, deli, restaurant, and covered, free secured parking that is connected to the building. Currently implemented hybrid office (3 days)/work from home (2 days). New employees will be expected to spend more time in the office until fully trained before going to hybrid mode.

We are looking for an experienced support engineer to supplement our team covering our users and partners in the US and the broader North, South and Latin America clients.
*SPECIAL NOTE:* This role will require travel, *up to 25%*. Travel to client sites will include participating in client training and go-live. Supply chain execution is a time sensitive mission critical environment.
*Responsibilities include:*
* Work with a team of dedicated engineers supporting client operations using Made4net's applications. * Providing responses and follow up to client issues and questions through direct phone assistance and ticketing/email system. * Analyze and troubleshoot system issues and follow escalation procedure according to client service level agreements. * Periodic follow up with clients to review status and ongoing needs. * Participate when needed in implementations during initial go live and system upgrades. * Participate in rotating schedule of off hours on call for clients with 24/7 operations. * *TRAVEL: *this position will require ability to travel *up to 25%*
*Required Skills:*
* Familiar with Windows Workstation and Server environments * Familiar with Web Browser(s) and Web Server (IIS) environments * Familiar with SQL server databases and programming * Strong knowledge of office tools * Familiar use of Remote Desktop and VPN * Preferred: Hosted Customer Support Experience o Familiarity with AWS o Prior experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics and or similar applications experience
*Requirements:*
* *5+ years of experience in enterprise-level application support, specializing in Tier 2 and above issue resolution.* * Experience with use and support of enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM or similar. * Strong computer and application usage skills. * Work skills: o Working well in teams. * Good communications and people skills. * Responsiveness and adaptability. * Task oriented problem solving. * Time management.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
