Responsibilities: As an AI Junior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our innovative projects, specifically focusing on the intersection of AI technology, while also supporting our critical infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and rigorously test AI-driven solutions . This involves writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in the entire software development lifecycle from conception to deployment. You will be responsible for data engineering tasks, including data collection, cleaning, and transformation, and for implementing machine learning models using PyTorch. Your work will directly contribute to backtesting, optimizing, and deploying these models, and analyzing their performance in real or simulated market conditions. You will also collaborate closely with senior engineers and researchers to iterate on algorithms and improve system robustness. Concurrently, you will actively assist in the development and ongoing management of the company's server infrastructure in Singapore . This includes writing scripts for automation, assisting with the deployment of new services, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting software-related issues, and contributing to the security and scalability of our bare metal and edge computing platforms. You will gain hands-on experience with production-level systems, ensuring their stability and optimal operation. Requirements We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual with a strong foundational understanding of software engineering principles and a keen interest in artificial intelligence and finance. Proficiency in Python and PyTorch is a fundamental requirement , demonstrating your ability to develop and implement complex AI models. You should be comfortable with relevant libraries (e.g., Transformer, MicroWaves, CNN) and possess a solid grasp of core machine learning concepts, including model training, evaluation, and optimization. A demonstrated willingness and enthusiasm to deep-dive into methodologies and market dynamics are crucial ; prior finance experience is a plus, but a strong aptitude for learning and applying quantitative concepts is highly valued. Furthermore, you must possess a natural aptitude for programming and problem-solving , showcasing strong analytical skills and the ability to design and implement efficient solutions.
