Responsibilities: Design and build resilient systems for real-time data movement, processing, and storage Scale data infrastructure to support our rapidly growing business needs Unlock actionable insights by enabling seamless access to high-quality, trustworthy data Drive innovation in data ingestion, transformation, and delivery across the company Establish best practices that balance performance, flexibility, and governance at scale Qualifications: Required: Has a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field Has 2+ years engineering experience (2+ years in data infrastructure) Has strong programming skills, preferably in Python or Java Has expertise with cloud data lakes such as Snowflake or Databricks Has experience with streaming and big data processing frameworks (e.g., Kafka, Spark) Is experienced with workflow orchestration systems (e.g. Apache Airflow, Dagster, Prefect) Has implemented CDC solutions (e.g. Debezium, Maxwell) Has experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and containerization tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) Preferred: Prior experience in tech or SaaS companies Company: Otter.ai improves business team productivity by providing an app to capture, share, and recall all meeting notes.
