Are you a driven and detail-oriented engineer ready to level up in your career? Join a growing team making real impact in the Mid-Atlantic region! We're seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Engineer I to support exciting infrastructure projects from sewershed studies to water treatment design.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and support engineering design projects for water/wastewater systems
  • Analyze survey data, maps, and blueprints to plan civil/environmental projects
  • Conduct hydraulic modeling, sewer rehabilitation plans, and pump station/treatment facility design
  • Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and attend client meetings
  • Review and guide junior engineers’ work and perform quality checks
  • Use tools like AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, ArcGIS, and MS Project daily
  • Perform occasional field work for site evaluations and assessments
What You Need:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater projects
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, ArcGIS, MS Project Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
  • PE License (or on track to obtain)
  • Experience working with local government/county/state agencies
  • Experience with environmental facilities or operations
