Essential Job Requirements:
- Willing and able to travel to project sites as necessary.
- Practical and Technical written and oral communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in and support a team environment.
- High level of independence, confidence, and strong work ethic.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply fundamental engineering principles.
- Familiarity with engineering software for design and analytical analysis
- Comprehensive understanding of engineering principles focused around hydraulic and environmental engineering concepts.
- Familiarity with development of technical reports, engineering plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support field investigations or assessments.
- Perform design engineering calculations.
- Assist in the design of various types of water and wastewater infrastructure.
- Provide data collection, analysis, ad reporting.
- Participate in writing and production of project reports.
- Take direction, guidance, and mentorship of senior engineers.
- Advance a project from inception to construction, through various stage of design and construction by adhering to timeframes and deadlines.
Required Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field (Masters of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field preferred.) from an EAC/ABET -Accredited college or university.
- EIT Certification (i.e. Passed (or have the ability to pass) Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam)
- Ability to obtain a Professional Engineering (PE) License following completion of required work experience.

Annual Salary Range: $75,000 - $114,000
