The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Technology Director by conducting research, coordinating projects and deadlines, handling information requests, communication and scheduling, as well as performing other clerical functions. Steward well church and personal finances, relations, time, and health Help transform lives by regularly inviting others to our church services Emotional health and balance between handling multiple, fast-paced projects simultaneously Belief and understanding of TC’s culture code, core behaviors, and C.O.R.E leadership Passion for Representing God to the Lost & Found Willing to become a member of TC and submit to the direction of the pastors and Lead Staff Passion for putting Christ in the middle of a culture HAND (Expectations + Duties): Provide general clerical and administrative support Collaborate cross-divisionally and cross-departmentally Data gathering and research Manage, maintain, and repair production department equipment Implement and integrate video systems for the production department Works with the TD to oversee designs, installations, and maintenance requirements for AVL systems church-wide Work with audio and video teams to set up recording and streaming systems at various locations Design and develop solutions tailored to specific projects when necessary Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Maintain current and Implement new tech strategies as relates to the video system. I.e. Ross Xpression, Sony Cameras, Ross Acuity, Ross Ultrix, Propresenter etc.. All other duties as assigned REQUIRED: Minimum 3-5 years of Experience within the Audio/Visual industry and/or church live production Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and good time management skills. Self-starter and ability to work under pressure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to meet deadlines and goals while managing multiple tasks Expert knowledge of media, audio, video, and lighting in the context of live and post video production Highly tech-savvy, able to learn and master new technology quickly and thoroughly Experience using Propresenter, Ross Environment, Sony Cameras; F-5500, Venice 1/2, FX3|FX6, ect… Ability to train and develop servant leaders on equipment Ability to resolve conflict in a calming manner Must be tenacious in meeting deadlines with a strong sense of urgency and good self-management discipline Be able to work independently; follow established guidelines to accomplish tasks and solve issues. Ability to manage projects to ensure timely completion of tasks Proficient computer skills with Apple, Microsoft, and Google products and the ability to learn TC-used databases and technologies
