SNIP WV, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is seeking veterinarians (full-time, part-time, or relief) to join our mission-driven, high-volume spay/neuter clinic serving north central West Virginia and surrounding areas.
*Full-Time Compensation & Benefits*
* *Starting at $125,000+ (based on experience)*
* *$15,000 Sign-On Bonus*
* *$10,000 Relocation Assistance*

* No on-call, no holidays

*Responsibilities*
* Perform pre-surgical exams and administer anesthesia protocols
* Perform high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter surgeries (up to 40/day)
* Maintain accurate medical records
* Supervise surgical staff and assistants
* Ensure compliance with WV Board and AVMA standards
*Qualifications*
* DVM from an accredited university
* Licensed or eligible in West Virginia
* Strong work ethic and commitment to reducing animal overpopulation
* Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
High-volume or shelter medicine experience preferred but not required. New graduates welcome.
