The TFS Banking and Commercial Lending team is seeking a highly motivated UX/UI Design Engineer to join our commercial lending team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital products and experiences, focusing on how users interact with products or services to make them easy, effective, and enjoyable. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct User Research: Understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Analyze User Feedback And Data: Interpret research findings and analytics to inform design decisions and identify areas for improvement. Create User Flows, Wireframes, And Prototypes: Translate concepts into visual blueprints and interactive models. Design User Interfaces (UI): Develop visually appealing and functional interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user needs. Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, UI designers, and stakeholders. Conduct Usability Testing: Test designs with real users to gather feedback and iterate on solutions. Advocate For The User: Champion user needs throughout the product development process. What You Bring User-Centered Design (UCD) Principles: Deep understanding of designing with the user at the forefront. Research And Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into design solutions. Wireframing And Prototyping: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. Visual Design Skills: Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Communication And Collaboration: Ability to present concepts and work collaboratively. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve usability issues. Empathy: Understanding and sharing user perspectives. Technical Understanding: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus. Educational Background: Bachelor’s in design, HCI, CS, or related field. Expertise In Figma: Highly proficient with Figma; portfolio required. Design Enhancement & Collaboration: Ability to improve existing designs and collaborate effectively. Client Library Familiarity: Experience with PrimeVue, Quasar, Vuetify. CSS & Scoped Styles: Strong understanding of CSS, reusable design tokens. Tailwind CSS Compatibility: Ability to design compatible components and layouts. Bonus Skills: Experience with Vue.js, AWS certifications.
