Duties/Responsibilities

Develop, test and maintain web and app user interfaces, powered by AI, for publishing and consuming knowledge in businesses. Work with designers to understand and translate designs into implementation. Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from a top-tier university. Strong portfolio of prior web and app UX projects. Our Hiring Process is "Easy with eGain"

Aptitude section - this is a GRE style test (60 minutes or less) Functional section - this is a take-home programming test Step 2: Panel interview (in-person at eGain Sunnyvale office)
