Base pay range $80.00/hr - $90.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Motion Recruitment Our client, a leader in financial & tax software, is hiring a Design/UX Technologist to join their team in Mountain View, CA! **This is a 4-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays** As the Design/UX Technologist, you will be in charge of managing complex details about projects that require analyzing design requirements , as well as recommending technical solutions. Responsibilities: Lead experimentation efforts by building and deploying A/B and multivariate tests Ensure high-quality code through testing and CI/CD integration , using end-to-end testing frameworks , maintaining test coverage for key user flows . Implement behavioral tracking and analytics (e.g., Segment, Adobe Analytics), analyzing user journeys , conversion funnels, and drop-off points —including within iframe-embedded platforms like Docebo . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Research, Ops) to align on UX strategy, translate requirements into experiments Desired Skills: Experience with WordPress and Docebo Experience with Figma & Web for Prototyping components Experience designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing frameworks Ability to track conversion funnels and drop-off points Experience in Education Tech or Learning Platforms Motion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
