Join WellPath Corrections at the Varner Unit in Gould, Arkansas! This travel opportunity is perfect for RNs eager to make a difference in a correctional setting, with a schedule that offers great work-life balance. Position Details:

Location: Varner Unit, 320 State Hwy 388, Gould, AR 71643 Shift: 3 nights per week, 12 hours each (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), with possible every-other-weekend shifts Start Date: April 20, 2026 Duration: Approximately 13 weeks Setting: Correctional facility (General correctional environment) Hours Guarantee: 36 hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour Travel Stipend: $770 weekly housing stipend to support your stay Shift Pay: Additional overtime pay at $79/hour, should overtime be required Experience Needed: Minimum of 6 months correctional nursing experience Local Candidates: Welcome to apply!
