The company is seeking a Senior Transportation Structural Project Engineer to join our Hunt Valley, MD office. In this senior-level role, you will lead and manage structural design projects for transportation structures, including new bridge designs and rehabilitation projects. Responsibilities: Lead the design and rehabilitation of bridges and transportation structures. Manage all project phases, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality assurance. Prepare detailed contract documents, bid packages, and specifications. Oversee and coordinate work with subconsultants, internal design engineers, and CAD/drafting teams. Ensure compliance with AASHTO LRFD and Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) standards. Provide construction phase services and technical guidance. Establish and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications: 12+ years of structural engineering experience in transportation projects. Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Maryland. In-depth experience with AASHTO LRFD bridge design . Proven success working on MDOT projects.
