You will have a strong background in Transport Planning, Transport Engineering, Transport Modelling, Highway Development Management or Highway Development Control with experience in some of the following areas:

Public and Private Sector experience. ARCADY, PICADY, JUNCTIONS, LinSig Use of or appreciation of TRICS, TEMPRO, AutoCAD, KeyLINES, KeySIGN, AutoTRACK Use of or appreciation of advanced modelling software including SATURN, PTV Vissim, PTV Visum, PC-MOVA, Paramics, Aimsun Experience in the preparation of, or the review of, Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, Transport Statements, Transport Chapters of Environmental Statements / Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) Experience within a Highways Development Control or Highways Development Management teams commenting on, and assessing, Planning Applications from a Highway Authority perspective Travel Plan Co-Ordinator role Preliminary design and assessment of highways improvement schemes associated with development A full UK Driving License is essential You’ll get this and so much more…
