Job Description
Responsible for collecting a Propulsion vehicle DVP&R from the engineering groups to support full-vehicle development testing and validation requirements for new product/program content

Support the Technical Manager with inputing Prototype Vehicle and Part requirements in the Product Investigate studies

With support of propulsion managment, lead activities to optimize propulsion vehicle counts

Prioritize, & develop propuslion vehicle build prioity working in conjunction with the vehicle ITPL for all build phases based on the DVP&R and Test Plans

Analyze program scope & timing changes to mitigate the impact on propulsion bench testing/vehicle needs

Coordinate and manage propulsion vehicle usage to support program milestones.

Process propulsion vehicle orders based on the DVP&R and Test Plans

Deteremine the quantity of Dynomometer adaptation components required to support each programs team set up using existing tools

Identify Part information for components and kick off ordering teams for prompt component delivery to cell set up

Process all bench (Dynomometer) Test requirements in database

Process and Track Part Part Orders

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree - Engineering

3-5 years' experience in propulsion/powertrain systems or electrified systems or bench testing

Capable of analyzing & synthesizing complex data

Ability to work on multiple programs simultaneously, highly organized

Strong problem solving and interpersonal communication skills

Strong communication skills working with cross functional teams and management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior experience in program management, vehicle validation or testing

Proficiency in working with web base systems
