Location: Hawaii, HI (co-located with customer at WPAFB, OH; travel up to 20%)

MTSI is seeking a seasoned Test Engineer to support PEO C3BM - ABMS - Advanced Battle Management Systems. The role involves planning, executing, assessing, and documenting Developmental Testing (DT) and Operational Testing (OT) of tactical command and control systems, working with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Establish and manage the Integrated Test Team (ITT), including T&E Strategy and documentation.

Develop and coordinate T&E strategies aligning policy, requirements, and schedules.

Oversee DT/OT activities, including managing contractor and PTO T&E efforts.

Document test activities, analyze data, and prepare reports and recommendations.

Support hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), software-in-the-loop (SIL), and live fire testing.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively.

Knowledge of government policies, standards, and specialized areas like tactical sensors and data links is highly desirable.

Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of engineering experience, focusing on DT/OT.

Knowledge of DoD T&E policies and practices.

Experience in writing T&E documents and familiarity with ACAT I/II programs preferred.

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Education:

B.S. in engineering or technical discipline required.

Master's degree highly desired.

Security Clearance: Top Secret (U.S. Citizenship required)
