We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our footwear testing lab. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, results orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of testing processes.

What You’ll Do Perform standard materials and mechanical tests on footwear products using universal test machines. Review, analyze, and document test data to support product quality and development. Prepare detailed reports and communicate results clearly to cross-functional teams. Support senior engineers on special testing projects and provide training to teammates when needed. Help identify and implement process or equipment improvements within the lab. What We’re Looking For Must-Have: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience operating universal test machines . Experience with product or materials testing. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical results to non-technical audiences. Experience with statistical data analysis . Nice-to-Have: Experience testing footwear, apparel, or similar consumer products in a lab environment. Background in Mechanical Engineering with exposure to CAD or biomechanics. Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
