We are looking for a Territory Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer plays a vital role in overseeing and driving sales activities within their designated territory. Their primary objective is to build and nurture strong business relationships with our direct and indirect OEM customers, focusing on gearmotors, motors, and related control products sales and support. To achieve this, the Sales Engineer strategically formulates and executes sales and marketing initiatives aimed at expanding the OEM customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Collaboration with the internal Sales and Marketing support teams is integral to their success. As a "solutions provider," the Sales Engineer employs consultative selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction, boost revenue, and align with the company's overall objectives.

Requirements:
Four-year degree in engineering or technical science field, or business/management field combined with technical product experience preferred. Four or more years' experience in sales or marketing of technical industrial products in a business-to-business environment, preferably related to small gearmotors, electronic drives, or power transmission products.
