Why Join Us | DuPont Careers This role is responsible for defining and delivering Process Safety Management (PSM), Grow & Improve projects in alignment with tactical and strategic Business Technology objectives. The role includes providing technical training and coaching to operations technical staff, supporting Root Cause Investigations (RCIs), collaborating across departments such as Manufacturing Technology (MT), Operations, Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S), Research and Development (R&D), leading or participating in Process Hazards Analysis (PHA), and supporting advanced troubleshooting and raw materials qualification for new products. Responsibilities: Apply knowledge of the Line of Business (LOB) technology to define and implement solutions for PSM, Grow and Improve projects. Lead or participate in front-end loading of capital projects. Provide input into Business Technology Implementation Plan (BTIP) and Multi-Generational Technology Plan (MGTP). Lead or participate in Process Hazards Analysis (PHA). Serve as the first contact in Manufacturing Technology (MT) for advanced troubleshooting for Operations. Provide technical training and coaching to Operations Engineers and Technical staff. Support Root Cause Investigations (RCIs) with engineering expertise. Assist in raw material qualification or trials for new products. Validate technical solutions and document results to standardize Process Technology. Contribute technical input for Management of Change processes. Participate in Project Reviews and collaborate across departments such as MT, Operations, EH&S, R&D.
Qualifications: BS in Chemical Engineering required. Minimum of 2 years manufacturing or related experience required. Experience in the Line of Business is preferred. Process Safety Management experience, especially in High Hazard or Low Hazard operations, is preferred.
