This role demands proactive engagement in problem-solving and tactical involvement in critical issues, ensuring a collaborative effort with internal teams to facilitate our customers' success. A dedication to quality customer service, along with strong communication and organizational skills, will be crucial to navigate and resolve complex issues, driving them to closure. Key Responsibilities:
Guide on prioritizing and creating efficient workflows. Maintain exemplary queue and case management skills. Conduct Case quality Checks to ensure timely resolutions. Learn & Deliver training on new products. Actively engage in cross-functional collaboration for product enhancement.
Must-Have Skills:
In-depth knowledge of web application components. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Exceptional problem-solving and case management skills.
