Technical Security and Signal Countermeasures TSSC Engineer - TS/SCI w/ CI Poly Full-time Xcelerate Solutions is seeking an experienced, results-oriented Technical Security and Signal Countermeasures TSSC Engineer. This position supports the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Center for Security Evaluation (CSE), providing ICD 702 mission support and guidance to the USG TSSC community. Responsibilities include researching, reviewing, and implementing technical surveillance countermeasures for SCIFs and U.S. diplomatic buildings, working with architects, analysts, and security engineers to evaluate vulnerabilities and formulate countermeasures and policies. The role involves assessing research in electrical power systems, energy storage, building management, and architectural designs for security vulnerabilities and countermeasures. Location: Bethesda, MD Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly Responsibilities: Define technical requirements with TSSC organizations, intelligence reporting, and external stakeholders. Analyze intelligence reports for vulnerabilities and develop technical analysis products. Oversee security research in electrical, acoustic, optical, and RF countermeasures. Review blueprints and designs for IC, SCIFs, and diplomatic facilities for security compliance and provide solutions. Respond to inquiries about technical security vulnerabilities. Contribute to policy development, best practices, and technical studies. Collaborate across USG IC agencies and the Department of State to promote security practices and innovations. Minimum Qualifications: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Bachelor of Engineering with 12-15 years of relevant experience or Master’s with 10-13 years At least 5 years’ experience in technical research or engineering related to TSSC Knowledge of ICD-702 and ICD-705 and their application Experience analyzing scientific/technical intelligence reports Strong problem-solving skills with technical expertise Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Preferred Qualifications: Experience with emerging technologies in intelligence reporting Deep knowledge of electrical power and energy storage systems Understanding of secure USG facility construction and operation Experience with TSCM surveys and secure power system design for intelligence facilities Experience in collecting and analyzing TSSC-related intelligence in acoustic, electrical, optical, or RF domains Innovative problem-solving abilities through research and best practices Ability to interpret blueprints and design documents for complex facilities Xcelerate Solutions is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
