Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical needs and providing appropriate solutions - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets - Provide technical support during the pre-sales process, including product configuration, troubleshooting, and addressing customer concerns - Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services to meet their needs - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to effectively communicate the value of our products to clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and project management to ensure successful implementation of solutions
