Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Support preventative maintenance schedules and complete work orders in a timely manner.
- Respond to emergency calls related to facilities and guest issues.
- Collaborate with property leadership to uphold brand standards and safety compliance.
- Provide guidance and hands-on support during transitions, openings, renovations, or leadership vacancies.
- Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in hotel engineering or facilities maintenance.
- Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety).
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours during assignments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical ability.
- EPA certification, CPO license, or other trade certifications preferred.
