Job Description: Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking Systems Engineers (Entry-level, Associate or Experienced) to join the Space and Launch Engineering team in El Segundo, California. The role involves designing and developing space-based communication systems for various programs. You will work with a motivated team on satellite systems, from concept to satellite unit development and testing. Position Responsibilities: Design and develop RF, digital, and optical satellite communication systems. Develop and verify digital signal processing architectures. Allocate, define, and verify requirements and interfaces for digital payloads. Develop performance and link budgets. Conduct performance analysis and trade studies. Develop prototypes and support system integration and verification. Support hardware procurement and design reviews. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, data science, or related fields. Entry Level: Bachelor’s or equivalent; Associate Level: 2+ years' experience; Experienced Level: 5+ years' experience. Experience in signal processing preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Experience with algorithms for ASICs or FPGAs. Skills in Python, C++, Simulink. Leadership and project involvement experience.
