Position Responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement, test, and document embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services. Translate functional requirements into robust, efficient, and maintainable solutions that integrate seamlessly with the overall system architecture. Participate in the entire development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, documentation, delivery, and maintenance. Produce clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly software documentation. Assess and make informed decisions regarding the adoption of new or existing software products and tools. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior development engineers. Implementation, testing, maintenance and enhancement of Amazon devices via comprehensive knowledge of embedded systems, embedded language skills like C/C++, Python, embedded Linux, Real Time Operating Systems, embedded constructs such as memory, CPU, embedded input\output and other embedded peripherals. Knowledge of cloud storage, automation infrastructure, performance and validation testing and enhancements.
40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range: $226,158/year to $235,200/year.

Basic Qualifications
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and one year of experience in the job offered, or as a Systems Administrator, or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field and five years progressive post-baccalaureate experience of experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) supporting large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services; (2) experience with programming languages including C, C++, Java, SQL, PowerShell, Perl, Bash, Python, PHP, or Ruby; and (3) troubleshooting systemic problems in a Windows, RTOS, Linux, or Unix based environment.#0000
