Our client, a global leader in mechanical pipe joining systems, is hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer to help elevate their supplier performance and ensure excellence across a dynamic global supply chain. This is a full-time, permanent role based at their headquarters in Easton, PA, with a comprehensive relocation package and strong benefits.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead supplier qualifications and audits
  • Conduct control plan reviews, inspections, and compliance checks
  • Support root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality system improvements
  • Monitor supplier KPIs and analyze quality trends
  • Partner with global suppliers to implement mistake-proofing and capacity upgrades
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams for issue resolution
  • Contribute to global quality system alignment



Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of supplier quality or manufacturing quality experience (casting/machining is a plus)
  • Strong grasp of QMS, inspection tools, statistical analysis, and problem-solving tools
  • Familiarity with tools like Minitab; proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • ASQ certification a plus (CQE, CQA, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
