Conduct Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) reviews and define submission requirements.
Investigate and resolve supplier non-conformances using structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why).
Collaborate with sourcing, engineering, and operations to develop supplier capability.
Conduct supplier audits and coach suppliers on corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Monitor and report supplier performance metrics.
Support cost recovery and supplier development initiatives.
Ensure all products are free from defects and in compliance with engineering and manufacturing specifications and standards.

Fabrications:
Ensure weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and coating integrity in fabricated components.
Review weld symbols, WPS/PQRs, and visual acceptance criteria.
Validate fixture design and fabrication process flow.
Electrical Rotating:
Ensure insulation resistance, vibration testing, and electrical performance of motors/generators.
Review insulation systems, winding processes, and dynamic balancing.
