Primary Responsibilities: Lead structural design efforts for a variety of facility and infrastructure projects Perform structural analysis and calculations for concrete and steel structures Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design staff to deliver accurate, efficient designs Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) to develop and review construction drawings Mentor junior engineers and contribute technical expertise across the department

What are we looking for? Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering 5–10 years of experience in a structural engineering role (industrial project experience required) PE Required / S.E. Strongly Preferred Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role. Strong working knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, and ACI design codes Proficiency in cast-in-place concrete and structural steel design Experience with STAAD, RAM, or RISA structural modeling software Advanced Excel skills Familiarity with AutoCAD required; Revit proficiency is a plus
