Due to sustained project growth, they are seeking a Structural Engineer II to join their Naperville office. Core Function: Lead and manage structural engineering projects from proposal through delivery Collaborate with senior engineers and executive staff Supervise junior engineers and oversee technical accuracy Conduct site visits and provide field coordination Design and analyze using software like RISA 3D and Excel Ensure adherence to AISC, ACI, ASCE, NDS, and local building codes Support client relationships and assist in business development Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 2 years of experience in structural design Proficiency with structural analysis/design software Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting tools U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship) Apply Now!
