The Stationary Engineer Operates, repairs and maintains gas and oil fired boilers and all associated equipment in the power house in a technically accepted, safe and efficient manner,
Qualifications:
Required: High School graduate or equivalent with on-the-job or formal training equivalent to a related program in an accredited vocational school, 1-3 years direct work experience related to boilers and generating equipment, A State of New Jersey Stationary Engineering Blue Seal licensure is required, Must possess and maintain a valid NJ, State Drivers License Certifications and Licenses Required: A State of New Jersey Stationary Engineering Blue Seal licensure is required, Must possess and maintain a valid NJ, State Drivers License

Essential Functions:
Adjusts proper feed-water levels, monitors fuel and air ratios for proper combustion. Annually opens boilers to clean and make minor Attends meetings, conferences and seminars as scheduled. fuel oil burners routinely or as Cleans fuel oil burners routinely or as necessary.
