Job Summary As a Municipal Civil Engineer , you’ll provide civil, municipal, land development, or environmental engineering services while working collaboratively with experienced professionals. You’ll assist in designing and developing solutions for a wide range of projects, from roadway design to stormwater management, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. You’ll report to a Branch Manager or Principal and collaborate with staff engineers, project engineers, environmental scientists, and project managers on assignments tailored to your development.   What You’ll Do Assist with detailed design tasks for engineering staff.
Prepare reports, complex calculations, and engineering specifications.
Conduct planning, investigations, and surveys while applying innovative engineering principles.
Contribute to project designs, drawings, and specifications.
Engage in roadway design, stormwater analysis, water distribution, wastewater engineering, and construction engineering.
Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes and standards.
Conduct engineering calculations and analyses to support project planning.
Assist in project documentation, reporting, and coordination with project managers.
What It Takes Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience
EIT/FE certification preferred, PE certification a plus.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Capacity to manage complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
