Staff Photo Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Photo Staff Engineer to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for sustaining and enhancing photolithography processes to drive higher line and parametric yields. You will oversee process monitoring and ensure compliance with strict manufacturing parameters, providing the foundation for continual process improvement. Your responsibilities will include developing and transferring new photolithography processes to production, troubleshooting and analyzing outcomes, and ensuring all processes meet rigorous design criteria. You will write and maintain test programs, monitor and analyze test results, and make data-driven process adjustments as needed. This position offers the opportunity to play a vital role in advancing our manufacturing capabilities and driving innovation in semiconductor technology.
Key Priorities:
Work with lithography engineering to expand factory capacity by developing new processes, qualifying new equipment and performing experiments, analyzing results, and making recommendations.
Work directly with OEM (ASML) to integrate industry standard practices.
Evaluate software and hardware upgrades to improve throughput, reduce cost of ownership, or improve overall equipment capability.
Create standards for data analysis methods used in process development.
Disposition product and equipment.
Monitor and optimize APC systems to improve process control and yield.
Work directly with device engineering and technology development teams to manufacture new products or improve existing processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field and 5+ years' experience in semiconductor manufacturing or advanced degree and 2+ years' experience.
Experience with photolithography and ASML lithography equipment preferred
Capable of working in a cleanroom environment fully gowned.
Working knowledge of (SPC) statistical process control, and 6Sigma methodologies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple functions and manufacturing sections.
Advanced skills in technical writing, problem solving and organization.
Self-disciplined and highly motivated with experience managing multiple high priority projects.
The estimated base salary range for the position is $86,000-$125,000. The pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, job-related experience, skills and level of the position.
