POSITION PROFILE: Our Client seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a $130 million drinking water treatment plant upgrade project in western Pennsylvania. This role will oversee project management, planning, execution, and design within the Water Business Unit , delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for water and wastewater treatment plants, distribution systems, sewer collection, and stormwater management. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for directing project execution, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and coordinating with internal teams and clients. They will also lead quality assurance and mentor junior engineers. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex infrastructure projects.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead project management activities for water-focused infrastructure projects. Oversee project planning, design, execution, and deliverables. Provide technical expertise in water treatment facility design and analysis. Engage directly with clients to manage expectations and project requirements. Ensure project quality control and adherence to regulations. Mentor junior engineers and technical staff. Collaborate with internal teams and regulatory agencies. Assist with proposal development and client presentations.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited institution. Professional Engineering (PE) License, preferably in Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain one within 12 months. Knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations. Experience designing complex water treatment facilities. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project).
