The Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer - Intelligence Systems role is part of the Quality Engineering team, partnering across product development, production, and field operations. The role involves defining, developing, and executing processes to deliver high quality and reliable avionics modules and components such as PCBA/Circuit Cards, sensors, communication modules, and LRUs. Responsibilities include collaborating with design teams and suppliers to meet quality requirements, evaluating technologies for manufacturing assessment, supplier technology assessment/development, and supplier quality management. The engineer will support design development, provide manufacturability feedback, generate product data, and lead supplier quality development processes through design reviews, testing, and qualification. The role requires driving supplier quality readiness, managing supplier performance, eliminating supplier risk, supporting RCCA and MRB activities, auditing supplier quality management systems, and leading onsite audits. Required qualifications include an active U.S. Secret security clearance, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, experience in supplier quality or manufacturing engineering in electronics manufacturing, knowledge of PCBAs and electrical components, experience scaling supplier capabilities, knowledge of quality management systems, and the ability to travel up to 50%. Preferred qualifications include a U.S. Top Secret SCI clearance, a master's degree, experience with control plans and automated inspection, familiarity with standard interfaces and test equipment, and experience with government contracts and auditing. The role offers a salary range of $142,000 - $213,000 USD plus equity grants and comprehensive benefits including healthcare, life insurance, paid leave, family planning support, mental health resources, professional development stipend, meals, commuter benefits, relocation assistance, and a 401(k) plan for U.S. employees.
