The Staff/Sr. Staff Power Management Design Engineer will be responsible for designing integrated power delivery solutions for high current data center SoCs. This role involves designing analog/mixed signal circuits to meet reliability and performance targets of integrated power delivery IPs. Key responsibilities include performing feasibility study, transistor-level design and performance analysis, providing improvements based on analysis results, and conducting thorough quality design verification and documentation. The engineer will also provide guidance for layout engineers to achieve optimal circuit performance.

• 7+ years of experience in designing integrated SOC power delivery solutions.
• Experience with PMICs, IVRs, switching power converters, high power LDOs.
• Strong knowledge in LDMOS and FinFET transistor operation and device dynamics, basic analog function blocks, complex AC/DC analysis, feedback loop theory.
• Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS, custom design sign-off tools
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary range: $180,000 - $245,000 annually
Employee may be eligible for performance bonus, short and long term incentive programs. Actual total compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience and qualifications.
